Gane is Kakiage  with sweet potato and some vegetables. And, I knew Kagoshima-specific ra-men for the first time. It is different normal ra-men.  Everything looks delicious and I definitely want to try it. 3.Maho Hikida Her hometown is Shizuoka Prefecture.   I have not been to Shizuoka. So, There was a new discovery in her presentation. The soup of Shizuoka Oden is black. I was surprised this thing. November 5, 2021 Group 4 comments 1.Haruka Tajima I listened to your presentation, I knew local cuisines, Miyazaki Prefecture, Hokkaido and more. There are some dishes I know for the first time. Everything looked delicious. When I go on a trip, I definitely want to eat it. 2.Noriko Honda Your presentation is very interesting. I couldn't think of mentioning food loss！ It was very helpful to teach me the recipe for using it.
