3rd Presentation - My local food -

 November 26, 2021 Group 4 comments 1. Ritsu Kawahara Absent 2.Natsuki Kurose  Her hometown is Kagoshima Prefecture.   I knew [ Gane ] for the first time in your presentation. Gane is Kakiage  with sweet potato and some vegetables. And, I knew Kagoshima-specific ra-men for the first time. It is different normal ra-men.  Everything looks delicious and I definitely want to try it. 3.Maho Hikida Her hometown is Shizuoka Prefecture.   I have not been to Shizuoka. So, There was a new discovery in her presentation. The soup of Shizuoka Oden is black. I was surprised this thing. I knew that Soy sauce and beef tendon make soup black.  I would want to try eating it. 4.me 5.Maki Yoshihara Her hometown is Nagasaki Prefecture.   Nagasaki local food is Chanpon,  I have eaten it several times. 2nd Presentation - Pumpkin -

November 5, 2021 Group 4 comments 1.Haruka Tajima I listened to your presentation, I knew local cuisines, Miyazaki Prefecture, Hokkaido and more. There are some dishes I know for the first time. Everything looked delicious. When I go on a trip, I definitely want to eat it. 2.Noriko Honda Your presentation is very interesting. I couldn't think of mentioning food loss! It was very helpful to teach me the recipe for using it. It was very nice that the slides were carefully made. 3.
